Southbank building sites are framed by the Calgary-Lethbridge CPR Line to the north, Highway 7 to the south, 32nd Street on the west boundary, and the Town Limits to the east.

With completion of the new Highway 7, 2, and 2A intersection, the development has excellent access to the City of Calgary, 20 minutes north of Okotoks, and to the Highway 2 business corridor.
